I hereby authorize Nexloads Logistics LLC to furnish my given information in the form to book the load or wherever required as per instruction of FMCSA / DOT during load booking / delivery of the freight or after that if required for payment options as well. They are authorized to use this data to provide our company dispatch services against the mentioned payment package, which we will pay them every week after we get the payments of the delivered load. Nexloads Logistics LLC will be responsible to find the best paying load options for our truck(s). They will also do paperwork and phone calls to clients and receivers as well.
