Load Planning for Every Truck
We plan freight truck by truck, around each driver's lanes, hours of service and home time, so the whole fleet keeps moving.
Nexloads provides truck dispatch for trucking companies across the US. Our dispatchers find loads for every truck in your fleet, negotiate rates, handle broker setup and paperwork, and plan each truck's next load, with no forced dispatch and no long-term contract.
Running a small fleet means keeping several trucks loaded at once, each with its own driver, hours of service, home time and equipment. When dispatch is done by the owner between phone calls, trucks sit or run empty. An outsourced dispatch team gives your fleet full-time load planning without hiring, training and paying in-house dispatchers. We work in line with FMCSA regulations and keep you in control of every load.
What our dispatchers handle for your trucking company.
We plan freight truck by truck, around each driver's lanes, hours of service and home time, so the whole fleet keeps moving.
We negotiate with brokers using current lane rates and push for detention, layover and TONU terms on the rate confirmation.
We line up the next load before the current one delivers to cut deadhead across the fleet.
We complete carrier packets and check broker authority and payment history before booking.
Rate confirmations, BOLs and invoices are sent to your broker or factoring company so you get paid faster.
Drivers get load details, appointment times and updates directly, and you get a clear view of where each truck is headed.
One dispatch team for a mixed fleet.
Four steps to get your trucks on our dispatch board.
Number of trucks, equipment, lanes and home time for each driver.
MC authority, W-9 and certificate of insurance for broker setup.
We search, negotiate and book freight you approve, truck by truck.
We send paperwork and invoices so payment is not held up.
A percentage of each load, paid weekly. No long-term contract.
Nexloads charges 5% weekly for dry van and reefer fleets with three or more trucks, and 5% weekly for flatbed, step deck and RGN fleets of up to ten trucks. One or two dry van or reefer trucks are on our 6% weekly plan. Box truck, hotshot, straight truck and power only are quoted for your lanes. You pay only on loads your trucks run. See full details on our truck dispatch pricing page.
An in-house dispatcher comes with a salary, payroll taxes, load board subscriptions, a phone system and cover for sick days and vacations. With outsourced dispatch those costs are built into one percentage, and the cost moves down in slow weeks. If your fleet grows past what one person can plan, an outsourced team scales with you. Run your numbers with the dispatch fee calculator.
Questions every trucking company should ask.
Ask how the dispatcher tracks hours of service, home time and preferred lanes for every truck, not just the next load.
You should have the final say. Nexloads does not force dispatch, and your drivers can turn down any load.
Brokers set up with your MC stay your brokers. A good dispatch company builds your network, not its own.
Look for no long-term contract. We work week to week. If you run one truck, see our owner operator dispatch service instead.
